蘇澳港埠服務區地 綺麗珊瑚標租

台灣港務公司基隆港務分公司為使土地活化利用，已於九月二十五日辦理蘇澳港港埠服務區土地、建物設施投資興建或租賃公告標租，提供宜蘭縣蘇澳鎮南正段三十三號等三筆土地面積共五六七六平方公尺及建物設施一棟供投資人開發利用，開標結果由綺麗珊瑚有限公司得標。

基隆港務分公司介紹，未來綺麗珊瑚公司規劃於蘇澳港港埠服務區經營複合式觀光休息站、特產販售中心、旅客服務中心或具主題特色販（零）售業等事業，投資開發內容包括將蘇澳港員工宿舍改建，並增建新建物，共約三七五八平方公尺。

綺麗珊瑚公司規劃為主題特色販售賣場與餐廳，並提供餐飲空間，初估總投資金額約二‧六三億元，預定二年內完成興建營運，約可增加大約八十人就業人口，並帶動周邊觀光產業發展。

綺麗珊瑚公司表示，該公司將結合集團資源專闢珊瑚博物館，展示世界各國珊瑚文獻和極為珍貴的收藏品。
