(1)本社區為單棟､雙拼､7層樓高,水表口徑皆20mm. 加壓馬達為電子恆壓式(1/2HP)並安裝在屋凸一內,水塔在屋凸二.
(2) A1_7樓加壓馬達使用時,其低頻共震噪音能在A1_7樓及A2_7樓聽見.
(3) A2_7F 加壓馬達使用時,其低頻共震噪音也能在A1_ 7樓及A2_6､7樓聽見
(4) 六顆加壓馬達在四邊腳全加緩震墊片,但低頻共震噪音無明顯改善.
(與市面上的緩震墊片厚度差很多)
(5) 將高壓軟管加在馬達的出入水口,低頻共振噪音在A1棟改善但在A2棟得到反效果。A2棟共震聲音變更大聲,A2_7F與A2_6F會聽到自己與其它樓層(含五樓)聲音.
(6) A2棟加壓馬達使用時,超級大的低頻共震噪音能在此室內凹洞聽到,即使人往下走到七樓逃生梯,微弱的低頻共震噪音仍能被聽到。

配管位置=> 重新牽管? 如何牽管?
音箱效應=> 馬達位置更換? 凹洞隔離? 隔音罩?
馬達太差=> 更換它牌電子恆壓或變頻馬達?
緩震太差=> 更換緩震墊片?更換緩震螺絲?
