水氣漸少 清晨低溫再降

今天受到東北季風的影響，不過水氣會逐漸減少，白天以後北部及東北部的降雨狀況會逐漸緩和，下雨的區域也會越來越局部；中南部地區則仍是晴朗穩定的天氣，只有南部山區午後有零星的短暫陣雨。

由於東北風帶來比較乾涼的空氣，因此今天清晨各地低溫會比昨天清晨再降１度，約在１７至２０度之間，清早出門感覺上都會偏涼，要記得做好保暖工作，而白天在北部及東北部仍然較涼，高溫大約２３到２４度，其他地區高溫則是在２７到２９度之間，日夜溫差較大，請大家留意氣溫變化並適時增減衣物。

氣象局提醒大家，由於東北季風還是相當強勁，臺灣沿海空曠地區以及各外島都可能有９到１０級強陣風出現，加上目前臺灣北部、東部沿海及馬祖海面已出現３至５公尺、超過一層樓高的的大浪，若要前往海邊活動請務必注意安全。
