標題[請問] 請假薪水怎麼算？

第一次手機發文 若排版不對請見諒！ 我的底薪是19047 月薪制 上班時間是一到五 八小時 星期六 四小時 由於星期六有事要請假 對於薪水計算方式有疑問 我的認知是 19047÷30天÷八小時=時薪 時薪*請假時數=請假欲扣之薪水 但老闆娘說 假日也算薪水，所以若星期六請假就要扣那一天的薪水 這樣算合理嗎？ 我都被扣全勤了，感覺被扒兩層皮 所以上來問問看 希望有解答 先謝謝各位了 -- posted from android bbs reader on my Sony LT25i https://market.android.com/details?id=com.bbs.reader -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 223.140.179.30
