南韓兩大電子巨擘三星電子、LG電子終於同意結束一年來互控對方侵犯LCD、OLED專利權的官司大戰，同意未來要以和為貴、並提高己身的競爭力。

法新社、Engadget報導，三星、LG旗下的面板事業Samsung Display、LG Display 23日宣布，雙方已決定要透過合作提高在全球市場的領導地位，不要再把精力投注到費時耗力的侵權戰。

三星、LG過去數度互控對方竊取了己身的LCD、OLED面板技術並挖角重量級工程師。LG更在去年宣稱三星的重要產品(包括全球熱賣的Galaxy S系列智慧型手機)侵犯了該公司的OLED專利，不但向三星索取損害賠償，還要求法院對三星五款裝置下達禁制令。

三星、LG之間的爭戰也引來政府關切，南韓貿易部曾在今(2013)年2月安排雙方執行長會面進行談判。
