聯 絡 人：劉房東 廖同學 黃同學 聯絡方式：劉房東0937423259(10:00~18:00看房及相關問題回應) 廖同學0937990127(10:00~22:00看房) 黃同學0919824546(18:00~22:00看房) 房屋地點：台北市大安區和平東路二段118巷54弄27號2樓 鄰近交通：科技大樓站 所在樓層：二樓/四樓 租金(月)：5000元 押 金： 兩個月 公共設施：客廳、廚房、非投幣洗衣機、廁所，冰箱，陽台等 能否接受寵物：房東沒要求 不過目前均無寵物 參考圖片：http://www.wretch.cc/album/WizardJury 備 註：這裡位於星巴克後方巷內離台大後門非常非常近，走路一分鐘過馬路就到學 校了，而且位於118巷吃東西很方便。室友都是台大人，生活習慣單純，所以房東也希 望房客是附近學校的學生，大、小間均有對外窗可以感受早上陽光。我覺得很適合那種時 常待在學校只有回去洗澡睡覺的學生入住，離學校很近真的很方便。由於今年畢業所以 才沒有要繼續住，且房東很好東西壞了他都會過來幫忙修，環境也會過來幫忙打掃。 像是去年換新的客廳櫃子，今年換新的洗衣機。 網路有無線分享器每個月三人平分一個人三百元，瓦斯兩三個月叫一次， 水電則是三人平分照帳單上的錢，房東會過來收。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 210.69.13.1
