台股站穩兩條腿 中小型跳高

今年以來新興亞股中，台股無疑是資金焦點，9月以來持續吸金；此外，成熟股市景氣回溫，也帶動台灣出口暢旺，經濟情勢好轉。

　華頓中小型基金經理人葉時雙預期，在台股站穩了資金面和基本面兩條腿，將先蹲後跳，尤其中小型股更將不畏量化寬鬆（QE）波動，是首波受惠族群。

　葉時雙表示，在QE退場疑慮未散去之前，全球股市仍會維持在區間震盪，加上台股正面臨著政治的紛擾，大盤表現空間有限，還是以有題材的小型股個股表現為主。
