成本30元賣3千　山寨名牌墨鏡害眩光

【方翊倩／綜合報導】F1車神舒馬克等運動明星愛用的歐克利（OAKLEY）運動型太陽眼鏡，在台灣出現山寨版。一名女子以每支三十元低價，從中國引進仿冒歐克利眼鏡，在運動用品社當成真品販售，賣價飆漲百倍、最高可賣三千元。

《蘋果》報導，一名陳姓男子上月花三千元買到市價一萬多元的OAKLEY M-FRAME眼鏡，以為撿到便宜，但配戴後出現眩光、頭暈，向警方檢舉。警方追查發現，在台南市西港區經營成衣印刷廠的女子李翠樺（四十六歲），從中國訂購大批仿冒歐克利，上周三在成衣廠查扣總數九千三百支山寨眼鏡。李女供稱每支眼鏡進價三十元，再以兩百至四百元批給運動用品社，業者再以九百至三千元不等價格賣給不知情消費者，全案依違反《商標法》、詐欺罪送辦。
