摘要：經濟部能源局日前花費台幣1億元，發送給全台中低收入戶，每戶兩顆LED燈泡，不過總數50萬顆的燈泡中，有將近10萬顆，被各鄉鎮市公所"退回"給經濟部。因為低收入戶家裡多半使用燈管，領了LED燈泡實在是沒法用。對此，立委指出經濟部應該要先查清楚實際狀況，否則跟現實落差太大，美意還是打了折扣。
