【徐彩媚／嘉義報導】嘉義市65歲謝姓阿嬤，因兒子購屋亟需鉅款繳付房貸，她單獨騎腳踏車到合作金庫提領300萬元現金，準備轉往民族路萬泰銀行繳款，捧著兩綑牛皮紙的阿嬤神色緊張，巡邏警經過見狀上前瞭解，確認阿嬤不是遭詐騙，主動陪阿嬤到銀行，讓阿嬤揪感心。
 
嘉義市長榮派出所警員郭伯舜、李春霖執行金融機構巡邏勤務，發現阿嬤神色緊張東張西望，以為阿嬤遭遇什麼困難，阿嬤告訴警方，她領出全部積蓄供兒子買房，兒子上班很忙沒辦法陪她，她獨自一人擔心遭覬覦行搶，才如此緊張。
　　
警方見阿嬤將巨款放腳踏車籃內，相當危險，於是主動駕巡邏車護送阿嬤到目的地，辦完事後再送她回家。
