手機撥市話比打美國還貴　監委要查

【吳家翔／台北報導】民進黨立委李昆澤昨在立院質詢時說，手機撥打市話的收費竟然比打到美國還要貴。監察委員楊美玲等人今質疑，究竟NCC對費率的審查機制為何？有無未盡周延而損害消費者權益情事？監委將進行調查。
 
監委指出，早年政府為推動電信自由化，扶植新興的行動業者，不論市話打手機或手機打市話，都由業者自行決定價格，但以目前市場狀況，高資費的設計是否合理？且市話打手機或手機打市話的線路一樣，何以出現不同費率？又目前費率雖須經主管機關審查，但對市話打手機或手機打市話二者費率價差達6成的狀況，何以無解決之道？
 
由於立法院交通委員會已通過提案要求NCC在3個月內要業者降價3成，後續NCC相關檢討因應作為，監委將一併追查了解，使手機資費趨近合理，減經民眾通訊負擔。
