天兔襲台9傷　下午解除海警

【李俊淇／新北報導】天兔颱風暴風圈已逐漸遠離台灣本島，在上午8時許已脫離暴風半徑範圍，解除陸上颱風警報，截至上午10許目前總計共有9人受傷，撒離4554人，設置36處收容所，收容1334人。
經濟部表示，積水地區24處已排除22處，僅剩台東市和鹿野鄉兩處，而昨晚知本溪暴漲溢堤，共計疏散災民44名，目前水位已退，將持續監控。水利設施則有4處受損，包括台東豐里海堤、花蓮富里鄉河堤、花蓮壽豐溪河堤、台東關山鎮河堤，目前已派員搶修。

電力則是有近98126戶受影響，目前已搶修完成69812戶，剩28314戶待修復。自來水則是6219戶受影響，目前已搶修892戶，仍有5399戶停水。
行動基地台共263座故障，待修復170座，而市話方面則是有4500座仍是停話中，預計將在明早9 時許搶修完成。
