二尖瓣逆流 修補心臟移植

（健康醫療網／林怡亭報導）1名56歲男子，時常感到胸悶氣喘，就醫檢查後，發現心臟收縮功能只剩2成，且有重度二尖瓣逆流等現象，甚至左右心房及心室都已嚴重擴大，雖給予藥物治療，仍未好轉，只能排隊等待心臟移植，直到轉診後，透過二尖瓣及三尖瓣修補手術取代了心臟移植，才順利恢復健康。

這名男子過去常因喘不過氣掛急診，原本被醫師宣布只能等待心臟移植；安南醫院心臟外科主任陳偉華指出，他直到太太的鼓勵下，轉診檢查，經由透過二尖瓣及三尖瓣修補手術，將擴大的心臟縮小成三分之一，才解決胸悶急喘的現象。

陳偉華主任進一步說明，心臟移植必須排隊等待，但因國內捐贈的心臟數量有限，通常家長必須要有心理準備，但透過瓣膜修補技術，雖然技術較為困難，但手術死亡率低於40%。

這名患者順利出院後，目前配合藥物治療，已漸漸恢復正常生活；陳偉華提醒，若有相關症狀出現時，應積極接受檢查治療，才能遠離病痛纏身。
