丁小芹瞎欠房租 被趕出門

丁小芹在螢幕前光鮮亮麗，總是名牌包在手，昨日卻被週刊爆料拖欠房租，又經常連絡不到人，讓房東決定提前解約，最後還由丁父幫忙擦屁股，圓滿解決後狼狽搬離住所。

未依約繳房租 還自動分期匯款

週刊報導據丁小芹2月到大直美麗華附近看屋，相中屋齡2年，但月租高達5萬2千2百元的豪宅，她爽快預付2個月租金入住，在短短入住1個月後，遭房東控訴沒繳房租、常搞失聯，不僅沒有按照合約定時匯款還自動分期繳款，總要等到房東簡訊催繳，才在下一次補齊，還會以出國、開店很忙拖延匯款，甚至傳簡訊表明已繳款，但實際上卻沒入帳，在房東催租多次後，決定寄出存證信函提前解約。

經紀人稱擬向房東或週刊提告

解約過程丁小芹都沒有出面，全由丁父代為處理，解約後，父女倆狼狽推著了5、6個價值超過10萬的名牌行李箱離開豪宅。

她經紀人表示：「小芹現在打算對週刊或是房東提告，目前正與律師討論中。」並強調她經濟狀況沒問題，其餘私事不過問。
