委國反對派大選上訴遭駁回 TSJ：證據不足

委內瑞拉最高法院7日駁回反對黨領袖卡普瑞爾斯(Henrique Capriles)，針對今年4月總統大選結果所提出的上訴。

4月14日舉行的這場大選，由已故領導人查維斯(Hugo Chavez)的指定接班人馬杜洛(Nicolas Maduro)，以1.5%的些微差距險勝。

委內瑞拉最高正義法院(Supreme Tribunal of Justice，TSJ)院長古提瑞茲(Gladys Gutierrez)說，這項上訴已被宣布為「不能成立」。

委內瑞拉反對派是在3個月前提出這項10點上訴，指稱4月的總統大選充斥選舉舞弊。不過古提瑞茲表示，原告未能提出足夠的證據來支撐他們的論點。

卡普瑞爾斯則在推特上發文，為委內瑞拉容許「缺乏正義」的存在、以及政府的貪腐表示哀悼。

卡普瑞爾斯6日表示，他將訴諸國際，挑戰這項總統大選結果。卡普瑞爾斯說，為挑戰選舉結果，他已在國內窮盡一切方式，在過去3個月苦等最高法院的裁決。現在他們決定在國際上提出申訴，並且預計在8月底正式提出。
