邊坡樹倒阻溝 影響蓮田灌溉

南二高邊坡路樹倒塌，橫倒在灌溉溝渠上，影響蓮田供灌。

7月時蘇力颱風造成南二高白河草店段邊坡大樹倒塌，樹幹橫躺在附近蓮田灌溉溝渠上，阻塞水流，無法供灌，迄今約1個月沒人理會，蓮農盧清白哀嘆「蓮苗都快枯死了」。國道高速公路局南區工程處白河工務段昨天表示，會儘速派員處理。

白河工務段表示，颱風過後曾派員查看轄內有無路樹倒塌等災情，但未發現蓮農所指狀況。很可能從路面巡視，看不到邊坡下的樹倒，會派員處理。

倒塌大樹位在南二高白河區草店里關帝段蓮田旁，約306k南下車道旁邊坡，開車穿越南二高箱涵轉市嘉南13號道路，不到50公尺就可看到。蓮農盧清白說，樹幹橫躺在灌溉溝渠上阻塞水流，根本無法供灌，蓮田都快乾涸了。他不解颱風過後1個月了，高公局人員巡視道路竟然沒看到。

市議員張世賢說，正值二期作供灌期，倒塌路樹已影響附近農田及蓮田灌溉，高公局再不出面處理，後果要自行負責。
