開城重開放 南韓：如期會談

朝鮮中央通訊社今天報導，即起全面重新開放開城工業園區，允許南韓入駐企業進出園區，保障南韓員工正常上班、人身及財產的安全，同時建議於十四日舉行韓朝第七回合工作會談，商討恢復開城工業園區正常運轉的事宜，南韓政府則於晚間宣布，同意如期舉行會談。

南韓政府一位消息人士指出，北韓可能認清事態嚴重性，立即作出反應，同時還更進一步採取「先開放再會談」的策略。
