學歷汙點該怎麼辦

大學畢業在即，可是高中時因為某些原因沒拿到畢業證書，變成是高中沒畢業，但是大學畢業的怪異情形，自己還沒找過正職的工作，想說如果到時填履歷，高中的部分要如實填寫還是稍微修飾，這個查得到嗎?如果隱瞞查到會被開除嗎?
自己本身將來會找的工作，應該是電機類的，本身是某知名私大的電機系，所以將來找的工作不知道會不會也看你高中時的表現，有點擔心，請社會閱歷豐富的大哥大姊給我解答，感謝。
