經部：服貿開放批發零售利多

經濟部今天表示，批發及零售業開放外資與陸資四年來，對相關產業衝擊小、但進步大。

經濟部說，這次服貿協議，台灣批發零售業的開放承諾維持現行已開放陸資來台投資業別項目。經濟部指出，批發及零售業項目，在政府簽署兩岸服貿協議簽署前，依據世貿組織（WTO）中國大陸入會承諾，中國大陸已允許外資獨資經營；但是零售服務（不含菸草）的部分行業，若是超過卅家連鎖店者，限由陸方控股。

經濟部說，這次服貿協議大陸承諾零售服務部分行業，如有超過卅家連鎖店者，台灣業者出資比例可達六十五%。
