于美人媽聲請保護令 遭駁回

于美人和老公James婚變纏鬥半年多，于母對女婿聲請家暴保護令，台北地院新店家事法庭10月25日最後一次開庭，結果４日出爐，于母聲請保護令遭駁回，James欣慰判決：「謝謝法官伸張正義。」

于昨錄JET《新聞挖挖哇》，聽聞結果，她說：「我不知道，還沒收到通知。」于當天以證人身分到庭，James未到場，他表示：「那天小孩的學校發信約家長和老師面談，我向法院請假，帶Max到校，我以為于小姐也會帶Mina，沒想到她為了官司，放棄和老師溝通機會。」

對此，于回：「法院傳了，能不去嗎？而且美國學校下午兩點半放學，法院４點開庭，沒理由請假吧？」她表示也已和學校申請好書面會談，不知道他在講什麼？

James原背負恐嚇、侵入住宅及妨害名譽等６條官司，保護令駁回，剩５官司在身，他說「還不能鬆懈」，他的律師葉光洲呼籲于：「希望這事到此終結，雙方回歸離婚訴訟。」于是否接受判決，她說要和媽媽商量，于的律師賴芳玉未接電話。
