​億光主張遭中國駁回　日亞化2項專利有效

【李宜儒／台北報導】日系LED廠日亞化表示，中國北京市第一中級人民法院判決，公司的2項YAG專利（ZL97196762.8、ZL03159595.2）有效，億光（2393）的主張遭駁回。中國國家知識產權局之直屬單位專利複審委員會之前宣布日亞化的2項YAG專利（ZL97196762.8、ZL03159595.2）有效，億光不服提出上訴，不過遭北京市第一中級人民法院駁回。
