十年砸796億「抓漏」 年省0.8座水庫

台水公司提出的「降低漏水率計畫」昨天獲經建會委員會通過，十年內共將投入七九六億元，盼將目前全國平均約百分之廿的漏水率，五年內降至百分之十七，十年內降至百分之十五以下，換算屆時每年約可省下零點八座石門水庫的蓄水量。

依據統計，全球平均漏水率約為百分之卅，台灣雖低於平均值，但比起日本的百分之七、新加坡的百分之四等，還有一大段差距。根據台水估計，國內每年實質漏水量約六億立方公尺，相當於漏掉三座石門水庫。

台水初估，在計畫執行期間的二○一三年至二○二二年內，就可陸續省下總量達五座石門水庫的蓄水量。
