高鐵漲價立委開砲 站站停應比直達便宜

立法院交通委員會今天討論「高鐵票價調漲案」，周一因出國而缺席的高鐵董事長歐晉德，今早準時出席。立委猛攻高鐵漲價案，立委李昆澤痛批，漲價就像「下雨」，高鐵票價一次漲這麼多，如同暴雨，會引發土石流沖垮民眾根基。

立委葉宜津以航空舉例，直飛票價比轉機票價貴很多，對照台灣高鐵，以距離來看，從台北搭到台南所需時間，只能搭「站站停班車」，卻比台北到高雄的「直達車」所花時間更久。葉宜津批評高鐵制定票價，完全沒考量時間成本，大家愛坐高鐵是因為快速，偏偏高鐵票價制定機制，對於嘉義、台南旅客非常不合理。

歐晉德認同葉的建議，國外確實有站站停與直達車票價不同的機制，兩種班車票價也確實應有所差異。但目前台灣高鐵的站與站之間，間距太短，班距也很頻密，若趕不上這班車還可選搭下一班車，但若要以票價綁班次，旅客選擇就會受限，無法換班搭乘，現行是希望旅客有便利、彈性的選擇，且未來還會新增苗栗、雲林、彰化三站，屆時再研議。
