【洪玲玲／新北報導】「102年新北市體育盃帆船錦標賽」今天上午10時許，在淡水河八里風帆碼頭熱鬧揚帆，本次比賽共有68名選手報名，其中年僅9歲的潘煜文是年紀最小的選手，體育處處長廖進安表示，潘煜文7歲已開始接觸帆船，今年已經是第3次參加正式比賽。
