摘要：路跑活動越來越流行，溪頭也特別舉辦了一場森林路跑賽，選手不但得適應山區空氣稀薄，還得挑戰一連串上坡山路，比平地路跑還要困難，但這場活動還是吸引了1300位選手參加，最後第一名只花了42分鐘，就跑完10公里的路程。 槍聲一響，所有選手，奮力往前奔跑，但怎麼每個人越跑，速度越慢，仔細一瞧，原來這次的路跑地點，很不一樣，是在高山上，南投著名景點溪頭，森林路跑，空氣新鮮，但也稀薄，選手不但得小心控制呼吸節奏，還得面臨一連串的山路，只能靠著意志力，慢慢撐下去
