摘要：很多地方都賣麻糬，南投草屯的麻糬特別有在地味，將當地特產紅薏仁加山藥，包進麻糬裡；另外，還用香菇菜脯，做成粽子口味的麻糬，不管甜的、鹹的，都很有特色。 各種顏色的麻糬，不同的口味，胖胖又Q彈，咬一口拉成一長條「牽絲」，外皮綿密又有彈性。內餡呢，這位小姐吃的是甜口味的，紅薏仁山藥麻糬，切開看，紫紅色的糊狀帶點顆粒，紅薏仁是草屯特產，煮完後很有嚼勁，包在麻糬裡太硬，加上山藥一起攪拌，口味變得滑順又營養。 另外還有鹹口味的香菇菜脯內餡，炒香之後，包進麻糬裡，吃起來有古早味
