美不起訴輾斃葉夢圓消防員　家屬擬告民事

韓亞航空客機7月在美國舊金山發生空難，美國檢察官決定，不起訴輾斃中國女學生

葉夢圓的消防員。葉夢園家屬在美國的代表律師表示，對檢察官的決定「不感到意外」，家屬打算尋求循民事途徑追究責任。

16歲的葉夢圓在飛機失事後，躺在跑道，仍然生還，身上被消防泡沫覆蓋，之後被一輛趕到救援的消防車輾過。

檢察官形容，葉夢圓的死亡是「悲劇意外」，不是刑事罪行。

這宗空難還有另外兩名女生罹難，大約180人受傷。
