【蘇聖怡／台北報導】陪審團推動聯盟、中華國家法治改造促進會、台灣和平草根聯盟等公民團體今舉行記者會，呼籲「廢除特偵組！不要東廠，回歸地檢署！」律師鄭文龍說，廢除特偵組連署已有近50個公民團體連署，並持續增加中，他指出，特偵組就像混亂國家體制的違章建築，造成國家動盪，為國庫著想，也不應再養 一群動盪國家的人。

律師黃帝穎表示，德國因納粹教訓，修法讓司法體系不得設置非常法院；美國因曾有獨立檢察官涉入政爭，因此獨立檢察官走入歷史；南韓今年也廢除中央搜查部，黃帝穎說，權利需要監督制衡，許多民主國家的特別偵查組織都因成為政治工具而遭廢除。

台灣和平草根聯盟理事何宗勳表示，下週將展開國會連署活動，歡迎朝野黨團支持廢除特偵組的連署，也呼籲國民黨立委能夠個別參加連署。
