綠營堅持江宜樺是政爭主角　應道歉下台

【蘇聖怡／台北報導】民進黨立院黨團幹事長高志鵬上午舉行記者會表示，不論國民黨不再提抗告、「王江會」是否為總統馬英九的兩手策略，這些都是國民黨的家務事，但民進黨對於特務治國、監聽國會的大是大非立場不會改變。他指出，行政院長江宜樺8月31日已參與討論，9月4日聽取檢察總長黃世銘報告時只是補足程序，是「先上車後補票」的假動作，在在顯示江宜樺是政爭主角，不是配角，黨團堅守立場，沒有道歉沒有上台，「共同正犯的江宜樺應下台」！

黨團書記長吳秉叡強調，這是憲政程序、價值的問題，無涉馬、江、王情感好壞，他痛批，江宜樺涉入政爭、監聽國會，應向立院、人民道歉，並下台負責。
