總統願意當證人 　可跟黃世銘當面對質

【陳郁仁／台北報導】總統馬英九今早接受台北之音「蔻蔻早餐」節目專訪，主持人周玉蔻詢問若地檢處傳喚馬當證人，他是否會出席。馬總統表示，「 根據法律規定，國民有作證的義務，檢察機關有這需要，我會配合」。周玉蔻追問是要在地檢署還是總統府作證？擔不擔心有時證人會變被告？馬總統都說：「對案情，不做更多的揣測。」

馬總統在專訪中也坦承，他在9月6日到9月28日，多次打電話給檢察總長黃世銘，但9月28日以後黃被調查監聽國會，他就沒有再打電話給黃。

馬總統說他願意跟黃世銘在法庭上當面對質，當初黃來官邸報告時，告知監聽工作都已經做完了，且當時黃說案子已經結案，剩下部分就是對外說明，所以總統沒有指揮辦案。
