施羅德中國債券基金准募

（中央社記者潘智義台北2013年10月 2日電）金融監督管理委員會證券期貨局核准「施羅德中國債券基金」募集，最高募集金額為1億美元或人民幣6億元。

證期局指出，施羅德中國債券基金投資於中華民國，及外國以外幣計價有價證券，其中投資於外國有價證券總金額不得低於基金淨值60%。

另外，投資於下列有價證券總金額不得低於基金淨值60%，包括由中國大陸地區、香港、澳門國家或機構所保證或發行債券；依據彭博（Bloomberg）資訊系統顯示，債券所承擔國家風險者（country of risk）為中國大陸、香港、澳門債券；由中國大陸、香港、澳門以外國家，或機構所保證或發行於中國大陸、香港、澳門交易債券。

施羅德中國債券基金得投資高收益債券，惟投資高收益債券以新興市場國家，或地區債券為限，且投資總金額不得超過基金淨值40%。

證期局強調，鑒於人民幣匯兌仍受管制，大陸外匯管制，及資金調度限制均可能影響基金流動性，投資人應審慎評估。
