肚臍環拔下來如何穿回去

穿肚臍環已經有半個多月了
前陣子因為傷口和肚臍環有點污垢髒髒的
於是我鼓起勇氣第一次把它拆下來清洗消毒清潔
因為之前一直害怕拿下來穿不回去
結果隔一天發現穿不回去
不知道是我不會穿還是傷口復合了 有那麼快嗎?
花了很久的時間才決定鼓起勇氣去穿肚臍環
沒想到既然穿不回去真的急又難過 誰能幫幫我><
