花1萬買爛車 「整形」詐貸85萬

1台撞爛的VOLVO房車，騙徒花1萬購買，再偽造汽車買賣合約，勾結銀行業務，詐貸85萬元！北市警方昨天逮捕中古車商劉家遠、前銀行業務陳彥良等人，查出他們透過人頭買爛車，3年來靠10部爛車，詐貸970萬元。

市刑大指出，目前銀行車貸規定：6年內的車輛買賣時不需驗車，劉嫌等人看準漏洞，結合車行、貸款業務、偽造薪資證明等不肖業者，分工合作，利用泡水車、事故車來向銀行騙錢。

犯嫌先找來欠錢還不出來的民眾，要求他們當人頭，再向車行以極低價格收購爛車，而最為關鍵的銀行業務陳彥良（事發後已遭開除），則在審理時故意放水，有些車子撞爛只剩2張車牌，他還是向公司報稱「車況良好」，就有1部VOLVO車只花1萬買來，最後詐貸85萬。

歹徒還幫人頭製造假薪資單，好讓車貸順利過關，錢撥下來後，人頭車主拿錢去還債，其餘的再由不法集團瓜分，最後人頭繳不出貸款落跑，爛帳留給銀行。

警方深入追查，發現劉嫌等人3年多來，利用類似手法，至少變造過10部爛車的資料，向銀行詐得970萬元，昨天將陳嫌在內的10名犯嫌循線逮捕，眾嫌雖然否認犯案，強調只是單純買賣中古車，偵訊後被依詐欺、偽造文書和背信罪送辦。
