歐中美PMI回升 全球景氣復甦確立

摩根全球發現基金經理人趙心盈指出，不確定因素逐漸消弭，全球景氣復甦態勢亦更加鮮明，歐美陸採購經理人（PMI）指數均在50以上的擴張水準，歐洲PMI指數更來到2011年6月以來新高，匯豐中國PMI指數更是連續二個月站上50。

除了美國景氣擺脫衰退，歐洲景氣也有明顯改善，從PMI 指數連續三個月重回50之上可見一斑。趙心盈表示，成熟市場製造業活動回溫，帶領全球經濟從觸底回升進入擴張階段，再者，製造業領先指標新訂單/存貨比大幅攀高，反應庫存下滑與訂單回升，預期第4季庫存回補行情可期。
