立院紀委藍5綠3 最快10/11日處理柯案

立院新會期紀律委員會上午產生，8名紀律委員中，國民黨、民進黨各拿下5席與3席，藍營取得席次優勢，後續紀律委員會如何處理民進黨團總召柯建銘自請調查關說案，成為各界關注焦點。

紀律委員會召委會議於10月4日舉行，會中將討論本會期由哪4名召委輪值，每位召委各輪值1個月，敲定輪值召委後，待院會交付案件，便能開會運作，最快10月11日就能處理柯建銘案，因此10月、11月由誰輪值，格外重要，外界也關注國民黨會不會更進一步搶下輪值召委，完全主導紀律委員會進行。

民進黨立委邱志偉呼籲，紀律委員會要妥善運作，必定要請相關當事人作充分說明，若決議要求檢察總長黃世銘出席報告，希望黃世銘不要迴避，躲在模糊的法律規定之下。國民黨政策會執行長林鴻池則重申反對立場，他說，檢察總長只能在預算或是相關法案時赴立法院備詢，要求赴立法院出席紀律委員會開會，沒有這樣的慣例。
