龔天行認為央行升息機率不大

本周量化寬鬆政策走向將有結論。富邦金總經理龔天行認為，量化寬鬆退場，不只短空長多，反是利空出盡。從經濟實質面來講，量化寬鬆退場是正面發展，市場上，可能受一些心理因素影響，使市場需求面減少，不過聯準會應該會審慎處理。

而下周央行也將舉行理監事會議，各界也關住央行是否升息。龔天行認為，目前看來，聯準會暫無升息打算，而台灣的利率通常會跟著美國走，因此短期內央行要升息的機率不大。
