皇翔取得板橋百億公辦都更案

政府加速公辦都更招商腳步，皇翔建設昨天取得新北市財政局釋出板橋的公辦都更案最優申請人，這筆基地位於板橋文化路、民權路口的2,565坪土地，將規劃為33層高檔住宅，預估總銷金額137億元。

該基地是新北市政府所擁有最精華資產之一，正對萬坪公園，位處四鐵共構的新板特區第1排，新北市政府財政局以區內占更新範圍面積約51%。基地共分A、B、C、D四區，其中A區1,100坪全數為公有地，大部分為無人使用的老舊宿舍或作臨時公務使用的空地，少部分則作道路使用；其餘另三區的私有地，現況為2至4樓老舊公寓，巷弄狹小，出入交通及防災動線功能不佳。

以28.58%最低共同負擔比例而獲得最優申請人的皇翔建設，財務協理游玉華表示，皇翔將規劃為地上33層、地下4層的高檔住宅，同時持續整合B、C、D三區的私有土地，全案未來若順利整合周邊公私有土地，預估總銷金額約137億元，皇翔分回的銷售金額約近40億元。
