電價即將調漲的敏感時刻，台電董事長黃重球指稱鼎泰豐台北ＳＯＧＯ復興店的空調太冷，有浪費電之嫌。

鼎泰豐喊冤解釋，餐廳是依照百貨公司所訂的廿六度空調均溫，並未將溫度調低，也沒浪費資源。

鼎泰豐表示，可能是最近下雨較陰濕，民眾從戶外的高溫突然走進空調的室內，一時無法適應，或座位正巧就在餐廳冷氣出風口的位置，才會覺得冷，但無論民眾覺得太冷，或是太熱，只要跟服務人員反應，可以調整座位或提供保暖薄毯，盡可能讓用餐環境符合顧客要求。
