解除破產保護 柯達再出發

（中央社紐約20日綜合外電報導）法院今天同意讓伊士曼柯達公司（Eastman Kodak Co）解除破產保護，以規模較小的數位影像公司重新出發。

美國紐約破產法院法官葛羅伯（Allan Gropper）同意讓柯達在約2週內解除破產保護。

葛羅伯表示：「柯達擺脫破產法第11章（Chapter11）將是非常難能可貴的事，希望柯達能恢復在美國業界的地位。」

柯達總部設在美國紐約州羅徹斯特（Rochester），是家喻戶曉的相機與相片老牌子。柯達因轉型過慢、晚了許多年才進入數位相機市場，加上背負高額退休金成本，負債67億5000萬美元，去年1月聲請破產保護。

執行長培瑞斯（Antonio Perez）發布聲明表示，法院批准後，柯達即將解除破產保護。

培瑞斯說：「接下來，我們將以科技領導者的姿態重新出發，服務龐大且快速成長的商業影像市場。」
