匯豐22日公布，匯豐中國8月製造業採購經理人指數（PMI）初值升至50.1（上月終值為47.7），創下四個月新高。其中8月新訂單分項指數初值，亦升至四個月高點為50.5。該指數高於50表示製造業活動較前月擴張，低於50則表示萎縮。

受到該指數走高帶動，大陸股市今天盤中開低震盪走高，截至10：20左右，上證指數漲0.2%，深證成指漲0.7%。
