摘要：日本首相安倍晉三執政之後，開始一連串的經濟改革，沉寂已久的日本企業，如何因應結構改革，重新崛起？走過一甲子的SONY，曾經打造出像Walkman、彩色映像管電視等令人驚艷的暢銷產品，但是卻沒有跟上科技創新的步伐。從液晶電視到智慧型手機，都輸人一大截，市場對SONY創新能力的信心不再，連年鉅額虧損，直到去年才轉虧為盈。SONY大起大落，執行長平井一夫力求改革，希望讓這個老企業，重回往日榮耀。
