餵毒虐死童 劉金龍免死定讞

（中央社記者蔡沛琪台北19日電）男子劉金龍等人餵毒凌虐同居人2歲稚子致死，一審判處劉男死刑；但最高法院依傷害致死等罪，判處劉男30年徒刑，全案確定。

法院判決指出，有多項毒品前科的劉金龍與同居人及其子王昊同住，劉男於民國100年10月間，藉口要買糖果將小孩帶到友人住處，並對同居人謊稱「小孩在保母家」。

劉男與同夥周建輝、許冠雄、鄭盛峰為了阻止男童哭鬧，輪流以燒紅鐵釘燙男童腳底、以鐵鎚打鼻梁和四肢、尖嘴鉗拔指甲等，還輪流強灌男童安非他命、海洛因，造成男童昏迷後死亡，導致男童生前中毒性休克，到院前已死亡。

法院一審判處劉金龍死刑、褫奪公權終身；周建輝無期徒刑、褫奪公權終身；判許冠雄13年徒刑、鄭盛峰14年徒刑。但二審認為劉男曾催促同夥將昏迷的男童送醫，可見良心未泯，分別將劉金龍判處30年徒刑、周建輝20年、許冠雄9年、鄭盛峰14年徒刑。全案上訴最高法院後，駁回上訴，全案確定。1020719
