「西馬隆」為福建帶來豪雨

西馬隆颱風雖然已經減弱為熱帶低壓，但稍早他給福建帶來豪雨，漳州部份地區雨量超過500毫米，白水鎮曾經在3小時內，降下250毫米雨量，是百年來罕見；廈門一些村莊嚴重淹水；省道及多條鄉村道路積水，交通受阻。
