伯南克殺了房市復甦？ 專家：並沒有

伯南克本週石破天驚的談話，是否一手扼殺了房市復甦？

Zillow 首席經濟學家 Stan Humphries 的答案，是否定的。「我認為伯南克是對的，現在房市已經能夠靠自己的力量站起。」他說。

他也預期，有鑒於融資成本的提升，未來房價將越來越昂貴。

此外，他也認為最近房市將引出一波買盤，搶在升息之前以較低價利率購屋。

房地產類股表現也雨露均霑，Lennar ( (US-LEN) )股價過去一年漲幅相當好。
