標題[問題] 沒補完的假能否換成加班費

原po這週五就要離職了，但是有ㄧ百多個小時的假沒休(不含特休),我有呈報給主管，但他說公司沒有算加班費只能補休假，要不然就是把我的離職日往後延，只是我補假的那段時間不用來。 請問各位遇到這樣的情形，都怎麼跟公司爭取呢？實在不想讓這白白犧牲的假日就付諸流水了，謝謝。 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.251.167.69
