河岸音樂祭 殷正洋、林生祥獻唱

新竹縣關西鎮東安古橋河岸音樂祭，昨天在關西音樂家Lucas彈奏手風琴、柯竹儒大提琴伴奏演奏「望春風」下揭幕，周日下午將有一連串表演，歡迎觀賞。

縣文化局表示，周日下午邀請殷正洋、林生祥、謝宇威、羅思容和陳永淘等歌手在東安古橋下演唱。社區媽媽將準備在地輕美食，歡迎民眾一起來喝咖啡、聽音樂。

「東安古橋會是地方藝術村落的新亮點！」縣府文化局將透過藝文活動，打造關西鎮藝文氛圍，爭取到文化部村落文化發展計畫，在明年「關西藝術節」前，由各社區發展協會和民間業者策畫一系列藝術活動。

在地的關西藝術節築夢團隊，已在關西各里做田野調查，深入了解傳統建築物的故事和特色，希望透過藝術表演活化關西。
