民眾到台北市立動物園，有機會與金剛猩猩合照了。動物園設計4幅3D壁畫，拍照起來就像是與金剛猩猩合影，希望藉藝術拉近人與野生動物的距離。

這四幅3D畫分別是小金剛猩猩送你小花、大猩猩調皮的拿走（給）帽子、金剛分享最愛的鳳梨、偷聽金剛猩猩。

動物園表示，非洲動物區目前有2隻金剛猩猩，分別是28歲的「寶寶」和48歲的「黑皮」，都是雄性金剛猩猩。為了避免爭奪地盤而受傷，動物園提供足夠的空間，讓牠們各有各的領域。

金剛猩猩整隻黑黝黝的，生氣時會搥胸，總給人陰沉凶猛的感覺。動物園說，其實牠們是很溫和的動物，捶胸頓足裝腔作勢後，若仍無法嚇退敵人，通常自己會離開。

非洲西部低地猩猩族群數量約只有9至10萬隻左右，金剛猩猩在非洲受到棲地消失的威脅，名列一級瀕臨絕種保育類動物。
