離婚後發現前妻有外遇以及探視小孩問題

上個月我因為出差外遇 被老婆請徵信社逮到
後來法院判離婚 並且把兩小孩監護權都判給老婆
但老婆在離婚不到一個月內 就帶兩小孩住進一個男生家裡
而且彼此互稱老公老婆

我想請問幾個問題
1:如果我在離婚後 發現老婆在"離婚前"與該名男子有app line 曖昧...等 頻繁通話 我是否可提出告訴

2:離婚不到一個月內 前妻 就帶小孩與其他男人同居 並且互稱老公老婆
請問這有犯法的嗎?

3:如果探視小孩的話 我可否要求前妻讓我知道她現在跟小孩住在誰家 並且無時無刻前往該住處探視小孩?
