主要訴說系統平台為 安卓與apple store
探討用少量母體推論使用者的行為
並了解(app體驗行銷對顧客付費意願的影響)
主要付費層面有三
1.顧客滿意度
2.服務品質
3.知覺價值
想要知道還有什麼可以衍生的題目
或是後續同學要接續研究的方向
並且註明用詳細的方法實踐

目前的方向有
1.瞭解並分析其他華語系國家對app體驗行銷之差異(文化差異)

2.探討其他族群對顧客滿意度、顧客忠誠度觀點(母體族群)
