菲中部震災 旅遊警示升為黃色

（中央社記者蔡和穎台北2013年10月19日電）外交部今天表示，菲律賓中部薄荷省旅遊警示燈號調升為「黃色」，建議民眾特別注意旅遊安全，檢討應否前往。

外交部領事事務局表示，菲律賓中部薄荷省卡門鎮發生芮氏規模7.2地震後，又發生多起餘震，當地政府已宣布進入災難狀態，截至17日，死亡人數已達156人，災區多數道路橋梁房屋毀損，救援工作正積極進行。

領事事務局宣布，薄荷省旅遊警示燈號為「黃色」，建議國人特別注意旅遊安全，檢討應否前往。

外交部旅遊警示分為4個等級，分別是警戒等級最高的「紅色」（不宜前往），其次為「橙色」（高度小心，避免非必要旅行）、「黃色」（特別注意旅遊安全並檢討應否前往），以及程度最輕微的灰色燈（提醒注意）。
